Can Clean coordinates water damage restoration and structural drying with IICRC WRT-certified technicians. We begin with the affected areas, site conditions and the work authorized for the property.

What happens in the first 24 hours

Establish the site contact and safe access status, review the reported source and affected areas, document conditions and identify immediate mitigation priorities. Record baseline moisture findings where appropriate. Attendance and the drying approach depend on the incident and the authorized scope; this is not a promise that a property will be dry within 24 hours.

The restoration process

  1. Assess and document: review visible effects, relevant materials and initial readings.
  2. Agree the scope: identify extraction, handling, drying and any specialist assessment required.
  3. Carry out authorized mitigation: remove accessible water and manage affected materials within scope.
  4. Monitor structural drying: position equipment as planned, record moisture conditions and adjust the approach as the job requires.
  5. Report and hand over: document the work, remaining conditions and next actions.

Support the claim record

Provide agreed photos, moisture readings, equipment/work records and scope updates to the authorized property and insurance contacts. Coverage, repair authorization and claim decisions remain with the insurer and responsible parties.

Can occupants enter the affected area?

Access depends on the actual hazards and the instructions of the responsible authorities or qualified site representatives.

Do you guarantee a drying time?

Drying depends on materials, conditions and the incident. The plan and monitoring records guide next steps.
