Restoration services and insurance support

Water, fire, smoke and contamination incidents require clear decisions and careful coordination. Can Clean provides restoration and emergency response through IICRC-certified technicians, with the scope, site status and next actions documented for the people managing the property.

Start with the site and the immediate priorities

The initial conversation establishes the location, type of incident, site contact, access status and immediate concerns. Attendance and the work plan are confirmed through the response process. The first 24 hours focus on assessment, authorized mitigation and documenting the decisions needed to move forward.

Specialist restoration services

Water damage and structural drying; fire and smoke restoration; odour control; carpet and upholstery cleaning and restoration; trauma, crime scene and biohazard cleanup. Commercial properties are the main focus. Residential water, fire and trauma restoration can be discussed through this division.

Documentation for the handover

The job record can include authorized scope, condition photos, work notes, moisture readings where relevant and outstanding actions. We support communication with property managers and the insurer’s representatives.

Is help available outside office hours?

Emergency calls are handled through the confirmed dedicated after-hours line, 24/7.

Will the insurer pay for every service?

Coverage and claim decisions remain with the insurer. Scope and authorization are discussed before work proceeds.
